Empowering a Million.Transforming a Nation.
1 Million Ltd. is a youth-focused technology, skills-development and digital workforce initiative, helping Bangladesh turn its vast population of educated young people into a globally competitive workforce.
One million people. Made visible.
Bangladesh does not lack talent. It needs more pathways that connect talent with skills, technology, markets and meaningful work. That is the gap 1 Million Ltd. exists to close.

Led by Founder and Chairman Muhammad Yeasir and Chief Executive Officer Safwaan Mustafa, the company is building a bridge between Bangladesh’s young talent and the opportunities emerging across the global digital economy.
Beyond training people to use technology.
We want to help create the conditions in which young Bangladeshis can build careers, deliver services to international clients, develop innovative solutions to national problems, and take part meaningfully in the global technology industry.
Our long-term goal is to empower one million people by 2028, develop one of Bangladesh’s largest freelancing and technology workforces, strengthen the country’s digital economy and help reduce unemployment through practical, marketable skills.
The people steering the vision.

Muhammad Yeasir
Founder and ChairmanProvides the founding leadership and strategic direction behind the company’s vision of empowering young Bangladeshis and expanding their access to digital opportunities. His vision centres on a generation that can use technology, acquire globally relevant skills, build digital businesses and contribute to Bangladesh’s economic development.

Safwaan Mustafa
Chief Executive OfficerLeads the company’s execution and youth-focused technology vision. His experience spans digital education, AI mentoring, video content creation, English-language training, and Google- and Meta-related learning ecosystems, helping young people understand emerging technologies and explore opportunities in the global digital economy.
The leadership philosophy is built around a generation of young people who do not simply learn technology, but use it to create opportunities for themselves and to solve problems for their country.
Six things, combined in one model.
Scale
A million-person ambition, not a small group of learners.
Practical outcomes
Learning connected to portfolios, projects, clients, employment and entrepreneurship.
Technology access
Young people benefiting from the opportunities offered by Google, Meta and the wider AI ecosystem.
National relevance
100 Projects to Change Bangladesh directs technological capability at problems that matter locally.
Youth leadership
A setting where young people take responsibility, organise teams and pursue ambitious goals.
Global participation
Bangladeshis who serve clients worldwide and build globally competitive products and services.
The next generation should not have to leave to compete.
- The next generation of Bangladeshi talent should compete internationally without leaving the country to join the global economy.
- Technology should not be a privilege for a select few. It should be open to young people regardless of where they live or what they begin with.
- Young Bangladeshis can be more than consumers of global technology. They can be developers, innovators, entrepreneurs, service providers and leaders.
- With the right skills, opportunities, partnerships and determination, a million people can become a powerful force for national transformation.
Bringing Google closerto Bangladesh.
Google is central to our technology education strategy and long-term ambition: a catalyst for high-quality digital learning, cloud computing, AI, productivity tools, developer skills and globally recognised credentials.
Turning learning into capability.
Learners build their skills through Google’s educational resources and certification pathways. The approach combines Google and Meta certifications with practical experience, so young people gain real technical knowledge, not just certificates.
Access to the right learning resources helps narrow the gap between traditional education and the practical skills the global economy increasingly requires.
On average, each member of the Yeasirians core team holds about 100 Google and 20 Meta certifications.
All ten of the global top ten.
Google Cloud Skills Boost is a practical learning environment for cloud technologies and related skills. Competition-based learning pushes participants to practise, show progress and build stronger technical portfolios.
Bangladeshi participants secured all ten places in the global top ten in the 2024 and 2025 competitions. We want to encourage many more young Bangladeshis to explore cloud computing, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity and other emerging fields.
A credible case for Bangladesh’s young talent.
We want a stronger link between Bangladesh’s young technology community and Google’s wider ecosystem. By developing capable learners, building practical projects and showing measurable results, we aim to make the case that Bangladesh’s young talent deserves greater access to global technology opportunities. This is more than a branding objective.

Youth innovation

100 Projects

Earn the collaboration. Then deepen it.
Our ambition is to build a stronger relationship with Google and help bring greater Google ecosystem access to Bangladesh. We recognise that formal partnerships, endorsements and local commitments depend on Google’s own processes and decisions.
Our responsibility is to develop the capabilities, evidence, projects and organisational credibility that make meaningful collaboration possible. The goal is an environment where young Bangladeshis can learn from, build with, and contribute to the wider technology ecosystem.
100 Projects toChange Bangladesh.
Rather than learning tools only for personal advancement, young people use modern technology to design solutions for real challenges faced by Bangladesh. The goal: 100 technology-driven projects to help, educate and inspire about 4.5 million Bangladeshi students.
One hundred ideas. One orbit.
Every point is a project. The bright ones are prototypes already built. Drag to spin the sphere, tap to feel it pulse.
Where technology meets everyday life.
A selection of the concepts identified so far. Prototype demos and “how this helps Bangladesh” briefings will be added to each project as they are published.
Seven areas of national need.
Education
Personalised tutoring, digital learning and better access to educational resources.
Agriculture
Practical AI-assisted guidance for farmers and crop planning.
Disaster preparedness
Flood alerts and accessible risk information.
Healthcare access
Tools to help rural communities navigate health information and services.
Public services
Bangla speech recognition, translation and easier access to government information.
Urban development
Traffic management and waste optimisation.
Employment
Job matching, skills discovery and pathways into digital work.
Locally relevant
Bangladesh needs apps, resources and information systems built for its own realities, and young people who can build them.
From a problem to real-world deployment.
Identify
Choose a real challenge faced by students, workers, farmers or communities.
Design
Use AI, cloud platforms, digital tools and accessible interfaces.
Prototype
Build and test for functionality, usability, feasibility and potential impact.
Validate
Prepare working demonstrations and seek technical and institutional feedback.
Deploy
Pursue partnerships, pilots and opportunities to reach intended users.
Projects 21 to 80 are currently being assigned to team members, with the aim of moving projects toward simulation and demonstration. A further objective is to present the projects to representatives of the Government of Bangladesh and Google.
Figures reflect the initiative’s stated scope and internal progress. Real-world use of any project, particularly in healthcare, would require validation, privacy protection and qualified oversight.
Six pillars. One pathway.
A million-person ambition needs a model that connects learning to credentials, credentials to projects, and projects to paid work.
Technology education and certifications
Structured learning across Google technologies, Meta learning pathways, AI tools, cloud technologies, productivity applications and digital skills, connected to demonstrable competence.
Freelancing and global digital work
The capabilities to serve international clients: professional communication, digital marketing, web development, content production, AI-assisted workflows and client management.
AI literacy and applied innovation
Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, responsible AI and practical automation, and building useful applications instead of stopping at introductions.
Product development and entrepreneurship
Turning ideas into prototypes, digital products and potential businesses, with initiatives like 100 Projects building a culture of experimentation.
English and professional readiness
Communication, presentation, collaboration and client-facing skills, because technical ability is worth more when people can explain their work.
Industry connections and employment pathways
Relationships with clients, employers, educators, technology communities and institutions that help learners move into paid work, entrepreneurship or further development.
These pillars describe the company’s strategic model and are not all fully operational services today.
From lone freelancers to coordinated teams.
1 Million Ltd. aspires to become one of Bangladesh’s largest freelancing and technology workforce platforms. Instead of every person learning skills, finding clients, negotiating contracts and managing everything alone, an ecosystem would let people build capability, collaborate and reach clients.
A business needing a complete digital marketing solution could work with one coordinated team rather than several unrelated freelancers. The model needs reliable quality assurance, project management, fair compensation, client acquisition and strong operations.
The ultimate ambition: help Bangladesh export digital services directly to the world, instead of exporting talent mainly through migration.
- Web development and software services
- AI-assisted business solutions and automation
- Digital marketing and search optimisation
- Video editing and content production
- Graphic design and digital creative services
- Data analysis and cloud-related services
- Virtual assistance and business support
- AI application development and digital product creation
Not one tool at a time. All of them, together.
Google & Google Cloud
Productivity, AI, cloud computing, technical learning and development tools.
Meta
Digital marketing, advertising, business tools, social media ecosystems and professional learning.
The wider AI ecosystem
Generative AI, agents, prompt engineering, automation and AI-assisted software and content.
Digital work
Tools and processes for building products, delivering services and running independent businesses.
The real advantage lies in helping people combine technologies to solve commercially valuable and socially meaningful problems.
Skills that work at home and abroad.
Training alone cannot eliminate unemployment. Our objective is to contribute to a broader solution by connecting skills development with income-generating opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Practical skills relevant to the digital economy
- Portfolio-based learning and project experience
- Access to freelance and remote-work opportunities
- Communication and professional readiness
- Technology-based entrepreneurship and small digital businesses
- A culture of building products and services, not relying only on traditional employment
The road to one million.
Three years, one direction: build the foundation, expand the infrastructure, then scale.
Foundation
Strengthen the training model, expand the 100 Projects initiative, improve team execution, develop learning pathways, document results, and build a credible case for engagement with Google and other partners.
Expansion
Pursue the planned innovation hub, strengthen client relationships, develop collaborative digital service teams, and explore institutional and technology partnerships.
Scale
Work toward empowering one million people: scale accessible skills development, expand paid digital work, grow the technology workforce and measure progress.
The timeline is our intended direction. Reaching the 2028 target will require scalable delivery, sustainable funding, strong partnerships and measurable employment outcomes.
An innovation hub, and a platform for everyone.
A million-person ambition needs infrastructure that grows beyond a small training team. Our plans include an office and innovation hub in 2027, bringing together training, technology projects, workforce development and connections with international clients.
Alongside it, a scalable digital platform could offer learning resources, progress tracking, project collaboration, portfolios and pathways to work, eventually serving learners across Bangladesh. These are strategic plans, not services that are already operational.
- Practical technology and AI training
- Collaborative project development and prototyping
- Freelancing teams and digital service delivery
- Industry mentorship and professional development
- Demonstrations of projects built by young innovators
- Engagement with schools, universities and technology partners
What we will hold ourselves to.
Education
